Project management

The Project Execution Cell (CEP) is responsible for the project. The financing of the project management and implementation costs includes the allocations to compose this team, as well as the necessary training to be able to carry it out.

This component, in addition to the corresponding training, includes an audit of the project and the operating costs required for its implementation.

Behind each technical measure lies the effort of a team involved in the project and aligned with its challenges, with the necessary skills to bring the project to fruition and thanks to whose efforts the transformation of an idea for the future is made possible.
